Jan Stevens - HR/Training/Health & Safety
Jan Stevens, Director of BBCS ensures that all policies and procedures regarding Training and Health and Safety are regularly updated and carried out by all staff. She ensures that all training is aligned to nationally recognised standards. Her role is to ensure that all Area Managers and Supervisors are trained to our high standards so that they are able to pass that knowledge on to our cleaning staff. Jan is also Chairman of BBCS's staff Health and Safety Committee.
